Great Week of Education in Idaho

The Idaho Pest Management Association (IPMA) wrapped up a great week of education for its members on December 8, 2022. Culley and Foster were there to provide their unique training style to all in attendance.
The education week started with the IPMA Expo on December 6 and 7 at the Galaxy Events Center in Meridian, Idaho. Over 350 attendees had the opportunity to listen to some great presentations from Larry Durant from Nisus, Paul Castrovillio from the Idaho Department of Agriculture, and Jim Fredricks from the National Pest Management Association, to name a few of the speakers that presented information over these two days. Culley and Foster from The Pest Posse were in the house giving talks on the Overview of Mites, Performing a Commercial Kitchen Inspection, and Spill Control and Prevention. Most attendees had never heard of The Pest Posse or seen their training style at Pest Posse Academy, so they were in for a great surprise! The talks by Culley and Foster were well received, with many attendees providing positive feedback on their presentations.
The education week continued on December 8 with the IPMA Educational Day, held at the Canyon Crest Event Center in beautiful Twin Falls Idaho. Outside the event center was a fantastic view of the Snake River and Perrine Memorial Bridge.
Over 100 attendees enjoyed talks from Jim Fredricks from the National Pest Management Association and updates from Sherm Takatori, Idaho Department of Agriculture, and course, Culley and Foster from The Pest Posse. Again most attendees had never heard of The Pest Posse or seen their training style at Pest Posse Academy. Culley and Foster presented training on the Overview of Mites and Spill Control and Prevention. Again the presentations were well received, with many attendees providing positive feedback.

After attending this week of educational events in Idaho, Culley and Foster strongly agree with the IPMA mission statement. During these events, attendees were polite to the speakers and paid attention to all information presented. Culley and Foster enjoyed their time at these events and meeting some great pest management professionals in Idaho.

A special thanks to David McVay from BugB8 Pest Control in Twin Fall, Idaho, for providing the accommodations and transportation during the week and David’s service technician Luis for finding great places to eat during the week.
The Pest Posse looks forward to coming back to Idaho in 2023.
